Refund Policy -

At Limerick Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality, uninterrupted internet services to our customers. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued.


1. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Installation Charges, Activation Fees, and Device Costs (such as routers/modems) are non-refundable once the service setup is completed.
  • Charges paid for value-added services (e.g., OTT subscriptions or third-party services) are also non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

a. Service Not Activated:

  • If the service is not activated within 7 working days of payment (and the delay is not due to customer unavailability), a full refund may be issued upon written request.

b. Prolonged Service Outage:

  • In cases where the internet service is non-functional for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues attributable to Limerick Technologies, and if no resolution is provided, a pro-rata refund may be issued.

c. Duplicate Payment:

  • If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to speed fluctuations within the acceptable range.
  • Misuse of the service or violation of terms and conditions.
  • Temporary service outages due to maintenance or technical upgrades.
  • Prepaid plans already consumed in part or full.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Send an email to support@limerick.co.in with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include:
    • Customer ID
    • Registered contact number/email
    • Payment details and date
    • Reason for refund

Our support team will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 10–15 business days.


5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • Limerick Technologies will not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect unless stated otherwise.
